Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP), the Trade Development Council, St James' Settlement and MGuru are staging a fourth Read To Dream programme for underprivileged children.  SHKP Vice Chairman and Managing Director Raymond Kwok, former Permanent Secretary for Home Affairs Shelley Lee, Professor Richard Ho and Chinese University of Hong Kong Department of Government and Public Administration Senior Instructor Ivan Choy met with 200 children and talked about the fun of reading.  The children were also given books to encourage reading for a richer life.
